Conseils d\u2019utilisation :<\/h2>\n

Adultes (\u2265 18 ans) : Pour application\u00a0locale :<\/strong> ajouter 1-8 gouttes \u00e0 5 ml d\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale neutre et appliquer sur la r\u00e9gion affect\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 fois par jour.<\/p>\n

Massage corporel :<\/strong> ajouter 2-10 gouttes \u00e0 10 ml d\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale neutre et appliquer une fois par jour. Ne pas utiliser l\u2019huile essentielle non dilu\u00e9e pour usage topique.<\/p>\n

Inhalation directe\u00a0:<\/strong> appliquer 1 \u00e0 6 gouttes d\u2019huile essentielle non dilu\u00e9e sur un mouchoir et inhaler occasionnellement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 fois par jour.<\/p>\n
